Antibiotics Hurting Teeth In Toddlers

DURING THE CLASS OF TODAY ...

We talked about the organization as an organism. It is an open system, and both terms have needs, which are referenced in the Maslow pyramid. These requirements do not exist at the same time, we must move forward to the self of the person. Maslow can be considered as the first author who is the organization as an organism, as opposed to the theory of Taylor. Another author in accordance with Maslow's Bertalanffy. In addition, they have provided further insights on body: it is autonomous and interconnected, the struggle continues on entropy (loss of order), can be locked open and the knowledge of his environment is influenced by the environment.

We have also addressed the organization as a brain featuring two authors. Herbert Simon defends the idea that organizations are information processing systems capable of learning, like a brain. Miquel Salvador is one of the authors of the Theories of Information Processing (psychological explanation of learning) and Cybernetics (the study of communication and control in complex systems, living organisms, machines and organizations). He likens the brain as an organization to be a complex system which divides complex tasks into small, easy to handle them.

SYNTHESIS ON THE ORGANIZATION AS A MECHANISM

When treating the organization as a machine, our colleagues have mentioned two important authors, Taylor and Morgan.

Taylor is the first author to apply science to work. In this application, highlight his "Scientific Management." Here, from a scientific view, Taylor sees the job as simple tasks that are timed to perform at the right time required for each task.
Taylor's thought is characterized by the following principles:

the Organization as Organizing

We consider the organization as an organism because it is an open system where there are exchanges and interactions among members. Another similarity we found between organization and agency is that both have needs as referred to Maslow in his "Pyramid of Needs ." We believe that these needs that Maslow proposed not give them all at once, since the person must take has a physiological needs first and go climbing to reach self-realization. Therefore, we can say that the metaphor of organization as "came from the hand of Maslow who opposed the scientific theory of the organism as a" mechanism "proposed by Taylor, while Taylor is concerned about the effectiveness at work, Maslow takes into account the human factor at work.

Another author who focuses on this image is Bertalanffy, who through his Systems Theory, organizations printed on the nature of trade, whether tangible or intangible, including workers, leading thus a process of communication.

The publication of the manuscript in which the theory was first described, was prevented by the general turmoil at the end of World War II. Von Bertalanffy first published a paper "on it entitled" Zu einer allgemeinen Systemlehre "in 1949. Followed next year by the "theory of open systems in Physics and Biology" and "Outline of General Systems Theory."

The classical formulation of the principles, scope and objectives of the theory were given for the " General Systems Theory " and developed in great detail in 1969 in the book of the same title. Von Bertalanffy used these principles to explore and explain scientific and philosophical issues, including a humanistic conception of human nature, as opposed to the mechanistic and robotics.

The last of the authors focused on this similarity, are Burns and Stalker, who say the agency is influenced by the environment so it must adapt to survive. This is demonstrated in Contingency Theory Hickson created and continued by the two appointed earlier in the decade of the 50, which suggests that there is a functional relationship between environmental conditions and techniques of the body uses to meet its objectives. Emphasizes the effectiveness of administrative actions by technology, size and environment essential factors.
